Had fun searching the shelves initially, then decided to ask the associate working for a few specific games. He seemed so uninterested in helping me, it was laughable. Between any questions, he’d turn around and continue to play video games on a screen. Then when my requests became more frequent, he switched to a handheld (PSP if I remember correctly) so he didn’t have to keep turning around. It’s a bummer, I collect all variants of a specific title for all consoles, and I had to ask if the computer he was using had an option to search instead of him answering “umm, I’m not sure if we have that now” Luckily, they did have some things I wanted. His response was “yeah you’re just gonna have to find them” and proceeded to play video games. The store was empty at this time! Bummer, not too many instances where I can truly say a business lost out on my business outside of that day. My wife and I laughed it off and left. Cool store, but customer service was horrid. I’ll try back in a year or so.

Workers there are pretty cool. I love the huge Nights sign they have displayed, probably my favorite sign in any game store I've seen. Their game selection is good, but they have some really good games that are mixed in with filler/trash games out on the floor that they should probably put in the glass case otherwise people might overlook them.

If I can give no stars I would, don't waste your time coming here. I have some wolverine, X-Men cards from the early 90s and a mortal combat signed action figure still in box unopened and they offered me $5. Then the way they treated me as if I didn't matter to them, horrible customer service.

We drove over an hour to this store to be “greeted” with rudeness and unwelcome. Employee with face tattoos said out loud “Sorry for wasting your time” to His co-worker who he asked to watch the store, while he walked outside to car to inspect possible trade-in material, for all customers including ourselves to hear. Quite professional. All in all it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience, my boyfriend and I literally drove over an hour to this store, after finding a YouTube video featuring it, ready to spend money at this establishment. Unfortunately it’s not what we thought it was to be. We will not be returning for any reason to this store.

Went in to see if they could clean an NES cart I was unable to get working, which the staff did, and for free! I ended up sticking around and spending around $100, picking up some NES games, a Super Famicom Game, a boxed SNES game. The staff was super friendly, and definitely live up to the LGBTQ friendly moniker. They seemed to massively expand their stock as well, last time I don't think I saw any comic books. They even had old X-Men cards from the 90s I used to collect. I highly recommend this place.

For my son‘s birthday he decided he absolutely had to have a Sega genesis. Or the “OG” sega as he called it. I got it here for less than half the price it was going for online. Also they were the nicest coolest people. Sorry for dealing with my kids craziness running around the store you guys are awesome thank you so much! I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

This is a great spot, but the guy with the face tattoo and gold chain is horrible. Guy will barely acknowledge you and then slams the game boxes and controllers all aggressively. I've been here 3 times and the two times I saw him he had …
